Naprawdę. Te cenne minuty, które spędzamy na drodze. TE cenne minuty, przed którymi bronimy się godzinami… a których potem tak bardzo chcemy uszczknąć jak najwięcej. Minuty w trasie. Hops, raz jedna noga, raz druga. Niby nic a buzia, serce i cały organizm się cieszy. Gdyby mógł to by nas wyściskał. Tak. Biegani jest jednym jedynym trendem jaki znam, który opanowuje świat, a który DAJE nam autentycznie jakiś życiowy profit. Owszem, popularne jeszcze od jakiegoś czasu staje się czytanie książek. A przypomnę, to już mój drugi maraton w tym roku i NIE zamierzałem go kończyć z krzywdą 🙂 Uznałem więc, że zwalniam i dobiegnę z głową do góry. Na focie wyżej widać sprint na mecie. Bo mogłem. I jestem super happy!

No tak. I troszkę nie jestem zadowolony z naszej drugiej edycji 21 dni. Głównie z tego względu, że Maraton zupełnie odciągnął moją uwagę od tego co się dzieje… u Was 🙁 Bardzo mi przykro, że nie mogłem/nie miałem głowy do tego, żeby Was dopytać, żeby sprawdzić, żeby się upewnić, że wszystkim idzie dobrze. Czuję niedosyt i czuję, że mogłem to lepiej rozegrać. Tzn mogłem jak mogłem, gdybym mógł to pewnie bym to zrobił. Ale niestety byłem zbyt zaabsorbowany zarówno biegiem jak i heh, po prostu sobą. Wiele się u mnie dzieje, działo (m.in wyprowadziłem się z Warszawy) i tak o… kicha.
No ale do rzeczy. Akcja zakończyła się dokładnie w dniu maratonu. Dla mnie to oznaczało tyle, że teraz mogę spokojnie zjeść coś mniej zdrowego czy napić się czegoś gazowanego i słodkiego co w ostateczności i tak wiele mi przyjemności nie dało. Ja tych 21 dni nie przetrwałem. Niestety. Narzuciłem sobie za dużo. W międzyczasie dostałem rozpiskę „diety” przed maratonem – która swoją drogą sprawiła się perfekcyjnie! – i też mi namieszała szyki w całym wyzwaniu.
Mam nadzieję, że Wam poszło lepiej! Napiszcie mi BARDZO PROSZĘ w komentarzach, jak Wam poszło, co było „ok” a co nie koniecznie. Chciałbym nadrobić nieco tę zaległość. Jeszcze nie do końca wiem jak będę tu biegał, czy z rana czy może.. na bieżni w piwnicy? (bo takową tu posiadam). A może nawet .. drążek?
Drążek Kettlera. Montaż tego stuffu to jakaś katorga..
Na pewno zmieni się jedno – powrócą ćwiczenia siłowe. Jedno co jest pewne to to, że przerwa po Orlen Maratonie dała mi dużo czasu na różnego rodzaju eksperymenty i wydaje mi się, ze jest szansa na to, żeby jeszcze w tym roku poprawić nieco sylwetkę i dodać sobie nieco siły. Dodatkowym atutem nowego – starego – miejsca jest to, że mam tu swoją ławkę treningową, worek treningowy i masę innych sprzętów, które kiedyś nazbierałem.
