Max Recovery to trening, który odbywa się w drugiej części Insanity. Jest to trening w dużej mierze statyczny ale nie myśl sobie, że będzie lekko. Dużo rozciągania, wyciągania ciała na wszystkie strony i palenia w nogach. Pamiętaj, że część ćwiczeń lepiej zrobić w mniejszej ilości powtórzeń ale dokładnie. Kluczowa jest technika.
